Responsibility
- Host engaging and interactive livestream sessions to promote beauty and grooming products, ensuring high viewer retention and participation.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage techniques in a clear, compelling, and visually appealing manner.
- Drive sales conversions by leveraging persuasive communication, exclusive promotions, and real-time audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop livestream scripts, themes, and promotional strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor and respond to viewer comments, questions, and feedback during livestreams to foster a sense of community and trust.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, sales conversions) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on beauty and grooming trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance content relevance and appeal.
- Maintain professionalism and brand consistency in all on-camera interactions, adhering to company guidelines and values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a livestream host, sales presenter, or on-camera talent, preferably in the beauty, grooming, or e-commerce industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate audiences in real-time.
- Strong understanding of beauty and grooming products, including trends, ingredients, and usage techniques.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing scenarios.
- Basic technical proficiency in livestreaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) and familiarity with OBS or similar broadcasting tools.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and authenticity on camera, with a passion for building genuine connections with viewers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate livestream schedules and audience peak times.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, but not required.
