Responsibility
- Coordinate the development and production of branded merchandise catalogues for Coca-Cola, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Liaise with internal teams, including design, marketing, and procurement, to gather content, images, and product details for catalogues.
- Manage timelines and deadlines for catalogue production, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are submitted on time.
- Review and proofread catalogue content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality images, product samples, and specifications for catalogue inclusion.
- Maintain an organized database of catalogue assets, including images, product descriptions, and pricing information.
- Assist in the distribution of catalogues to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor catalogue performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in catalogue coordination, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
