Are you a high-energy communicator with a passion for retail and social media? We are a fast-growing FMCG retail company looking for a dynamic Liveselling Host to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. As the face of our brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, engaging with our online community, and showcasing our products through live streaming platforms.
In this role, you will be more than just a presenter; you will be a brand ambassador responsible for crafting compelling narratives that convert viewers into loyal customers. We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, handle audience interaction with enthusiasm, and maintain a high level of professionalism while driving revenue targets.
Responsibility
- Conduct live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram to promote our FMCG products.
- Present product features, benefits, and usage demonstrations in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Actively interact with the audience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and managing comments in real-time.
- Drive sales conversions by highlighting promotions, flash sales, and exclusive bundles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign themes and live session content.
- Monitor and analyze live session performance metrics to suggest improvements and optimize future broadcasts.
- Maintain high energy and a positive brand image throughout the duration of every live session.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, or in a retail sales position.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a charismatic personality.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and performing in front of a live digital audience.
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends, live-streaming tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to multitask and handle live sales targets under pressure.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate peak traffic times for live streaming sessions.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG product categories is a plus.
