Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive end-to-end live streaming training programs for teams, covering technical setup, content delivery, and audience engagement.
- Train participants on using live streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, OBS, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live) and related tools.
- Create engaging training materials, including guides, tutorials, and best practice documents for live broadcasting.
- Monitor and analyze live stream performance metrics, providing data-driven feedback to improve future sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align live streaming strategies with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions and provide real-time support to ensure smooth broadcasts.
- Stay updated on emerging live streaming trends, tools, and technologies to keep training programs current.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback to continuously refine and enhance the training experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Trainer, Content Creator, or Broadcast Specialist with end-to-end expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of live streaming platforms (e.g., OBS, StreamYard, Zoom, social media live tools).
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with video production, lighting, audio setup, and streaming software configurations.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or workshop facilitation with measurable results.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for training and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret live stream metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
