Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions to showcase and sell products to a global audience.
- Engage viewers with compelling, interactive, and entertaining presentations.
- Follow a structured shifting schedule as assigned by the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live content with promotional campaigns.
- Provide real-time responses to viewer questions and concerns during broadcasts.
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence.
- Track and report performance metrics, such as viewer engagement and sales conversions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance credibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or live streaming (preferably in e-commerce).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on shifting schedules.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of live streaming platforms and tools.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
