Responsibility
- Host engaging live streaming sessions on platforms like Instagram Live, TikTok, YouTube, or company-specific channels to promote products, services, or brand stories.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster community engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative scripts, themes, and formats for live content that align with campaign goals.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, conversions) and provide post-stream reports to optimize future broadcasts.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for live streaming to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure technical setup (e.g., lighting, audio, camera) meets professional standards for high-quality broadcasts.
- Represent the brand professionally during live sessions, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor.
- Assist in cross-promoting live streams across social media channels to maximize reach and audience participation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, content creator, or digital marketer, with a portfolio showcasing past live sessions or relevant work.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) with a charismatic and engaging on-camera presence.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their live streaming features.
- Ability to think quickly, improvise, and adapt to unexpected situations during live broadcasts.
- Basic technical knowledge of live streaming equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones, lighting) and software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs).
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop original content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including audience engagement strategies and performance analytics.
