Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions to showcase and sell products in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Build and maintain a strong connection with the audience to drive viewer engagement and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live streaming content that aligns with brand messaging and sales goals.
- Provide detailed product descriptions, answer viewer questions, and address concerns in real-time.
- Monitor live chat interactions and respond promptly to enhance viewer experience and satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in live streaming strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver accurate and compelling presentations.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for viewers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live streaming host, sales representative, or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable on-camera presence.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to think on your feet and handle live interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by live streaming schedules.
