Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain all corporate licensing, permits, and legal documentation to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
  • Monitor expiration dates of licenses and permits, initiating renewal processes in a timely manner to avoid disruptions.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate the acquisition, update, or renewal of necessary permits.
  • Organize and archive all legal documents in a systematic and accessible manner, both digitally and physically.
  • Conduct regular audits of existing licenses and permits to verify accuracy and compliance with current laws.
  • Prepare and submit applications, reports, and other required documentation to regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on licensing requirements and best practices for legal compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and proactively adjust company documentation and processes accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in licensing administration, legal documentation, or corporate compliance, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and licensing procedures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
