Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercises.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, chiropractors, and fitness professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or neurology.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach with a commitment to ethical practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Certification in dry needling, pilates, or sports physiotherapy is advantageous.
