Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, mobility limitations, and pain levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Promote the clinicâs services through community outreach and patient referrals to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active Indonesian Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in Indonesia).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or pain management.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques.
