Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and legal requirements.
- Provide personalized patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Conduct health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, glucose) and administer vaccinations where applicable.
- Educate patients and staff on disease management, wellness, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in digital or paper systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
