Responsibility
- Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, extractions, masks, and advanced skincare therapies tailored to client needs.
- Assist dermatologists and senior therapists with medical-grade procedures (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments, or microneedling) under supervision.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized skincare products and regimens to clients.
- Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and long-term skincare strategies to maximize results.
- Document client progress, treatment details, and product recommendations in digital records.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous training.
- Uphold exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Facial Therapist or Esthetician with a valid license (preferably from a recognized Indonesian or international institution).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in facial treatments, preferably in a spa, clinic, or dermatology setting.
- In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and advanced treatment modalities (e.g., hydrafacial, LED therapy, or radiofrequency).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and collaborate with medical professionals.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision, safety, and client confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
