Responsibility
- Develop and implement corporate wellness programs tailored to the needs of diverse client organizations in Bali.
- Lead a team of wellness professionals to deliver high-quality health initiatives, including fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with corporate clients to assess wellness needs and design customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Organize and oversee wellness events, workshops, and retreats in Baliās premium locations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs using data-driven metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, healthcare providers, and local wellness partners.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate wellness and integrate innovative practices into Maxicareās offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, in all wellness-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate wellness, health management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful wellness programs for corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness principles, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Baliās corporate landscape and wellness industry is highly desirable.
- Certifications in wellness coaching, corporate health, or related fields are a significant advantage.
