Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical installations.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and testing on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Document all work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and test results for record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian electrical license (Sertifikat Ketenagakerjaan or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a licensed electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards (e.g., PUIL, SNI).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, climbing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
