Responsibility
- Perform a full range of CIDESCO-standard beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
- Consult with clients to assess skin conditions, recommend personalized treatments, and provide expert aftercare advice.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
- Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure a seamless, luxurious experience for every client.
- Collaborate with the spa team to maintain inventory, order supplies, and contribute to promotional events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with a diverse, international clientele.
Qualifications
- CIDESCO Beauty Therapy Diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a beautician in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
- Proficient in a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and hair removal.
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis, product ingredients, and contraindications for safe, effective treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (assistance may be provided for exceptional candidates).
