Responsibility
- Provide professional skincare consultations and personalized beauty treatments to clients.
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures (e.g., facials, laser treatments, body contouring) with precision and care.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and equipment sterilization.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by recommending and selling Medi Beaute’s premium products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through continuous training.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related fields (or willingness to undergo training).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty/skincare for Senior roles; fresh graduates welcome for Junior positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust and loyalty.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and upselling techniques is advantageous.
