Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring messages and documents are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and management, to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle the receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all deliveries and communications for record-keeping and accountability.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and communication devices, to support daily operations.
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email platforms.
