Responsibility
- Oversee and manage government-related transactions, including motorcycle registration, permits, and licenses.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and prepare necessary documentation for submissions.
- Monitor and track the status of applications, permits, and licenses to ensure timely processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on the status of ongoing transactions and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on government-related processes and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a liaison or administrative role, preferably in a government-related context.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and bureaucratic processes related to vehicle registration and permits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
