Responsibility
- Manage, organize, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records in a structured digital or physical filing system.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal correspondence, agreements, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of required documents for court filings, compliance audits, or internal reviews.
- Monitor deadlines for legal filings, renewals, and submissions, and proactively remind relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with external parties such as law firms, government agencies, and clients to gather or distribute legal information.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and summaries related to legal matters for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all legal documents and sensitive information.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A paralegal certificate is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal administration, document management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian legal systems, corporate law, or compliance regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
