Responsibility
- Identify, scout, and secure prospective tenants for available retail units and kiosks.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial cold-calling and property tours to contract negotiations and closing.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze competitors, rental rates, and retail trends in the Central Jakarta area.
- Proactively manage tenant turnover, ensuring seamless transitions when units become vacant or current tenants resign.
- Maintain an active database of potential leads and build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of available retail spaces.
- Prepare comprehensive leasing reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property leasing, retail sales, or real estate business development.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail property market, particularly in Jakarta.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a 'closing' mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet aggressive occupancy targets.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
