Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering, and process modeling.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX/UI) to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, and data modeling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in IT projects, preferably in software development, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
