Responsibility
- AI Solution Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Automation & Optimization: Drive automation initiatives to streamline AI operations, reduce latency, and improve model performance across platforms.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks, including ethical guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, local financial regulations).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track AI model accuracy, efficiency, and ROI.
- Scalability & Infrastructure: Architect scalable AI infrastructure, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of AI trends (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning) and pilot emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers and data teams on best practices in AI/ML engineering and solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI).
- AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with GenAI models (LLMs, diffusion models), Agentic AI, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Data Engineering: Strong background in data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake).
- Governance & Ethics: Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in financial services or healthcare.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications: Preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP AI certifications, PMP, or Scrum Master.
