Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP to support large-scale digital platforms.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure high availability and data integrity.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment efficiency and reducing time-to-market.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize cloud resources to enhance cost efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous learning within the team.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and tools, recommending solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of cloud services with on-premises systems and third-party applications, maintaining robust hybrid architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
