Responsibility
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for testing processes in the insurance and finance sectors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align testing efforts with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementations and updates.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and improve business processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and testing teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on testing in the insurance or finance industry.
- Proven expertise in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, automated testing tools).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance and finance sectors.
