Responsibility
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential land parcels for palm oil plantation development.
- Coordinate with local government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals for land acquisition.
- Engage with local communities to facilitate transparent and fair land acquisition processes.
- Conduct field surveys and assessments to verify land suitability and ownership.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to land acquisition, including contracts and legal agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and environmental teams to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor progress of land clearance and preparation activities.
- Provide regular reports on land acquisition status to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Land Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or agricultural development.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in remote locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and land surveying tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
