Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP Korean guests, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence in both Korean and English.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for visiting Korean clients or executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and translations as needed to support business operations.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain organized records and databases for client interactions and office activities.
- Assist in event planning and execution for Korean-speaking stakeholders.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean (native or business-level) and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with VIP clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or international business is a plus.
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year contract with potential for extension.
