Responsibility

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and translations as needed to support business operations.

  • Maintain organized records and databases for client interactions and office activities.
  • Assist in event planning and execution for Korean-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Korean (native or business-level) and English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
