PT SEELIGHT TREE INDONESIA is seeking a talented KOL Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth through strategic influencer collaborations on TikTok Shop. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and influencer partnerships to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and managing key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify our brand’s presence and drive conversions. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored for TikTok Shop to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
  • Negotiate and finalize collaboration terms, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Create engaging content briefs and guidelines for influencers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align influencer activities with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencers to keep our strategies innovative.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversions, and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or TikTok Shop ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok trends and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain influencer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s digital marketing landscape is a plus.
