Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of KOL Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
- Talent Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-value KOLs, ensuring brand alignment and authenticity.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement rates, ROI, reach) and implement adjustments to maximize impact.
- Content Collaboration: Work with KOLs and internal teams to co-create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with audiences.
- Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, negotiations, and contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and transparency.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, train, and manage a team while meeting tight deadlines.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and interpret data.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation and contract management skills for KOL partnerships.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creativity: Ability to develop innovative campaign concepts and troubleshoot challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
