Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential KOLs and influencers aligned with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines with KOLs to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze KOL performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content team to co-create authentic, brand-aligned content with influencers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging KOLs in the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, PR, and sales teams to align KOL activities with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital PR, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their role in influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand narrative development.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred; additional languages are a bonus.
