Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for KOL inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Create and distribute engaging content, including product information, campaign details, and promotional materials tailored to KOL audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, PR, and product) to align KOL strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new KOLs who align with the brand’s values and target audience, expanding our network of influential partners.
  • Resolve concerns or conflicts with KOLs professionally, ensuring positive and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing, public relations, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of KOL collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and KOL ecosystem dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.
