Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers aligned with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, collaborations, and partnerships with KOLs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and analyze KOL performance metrics, including reach, engagement rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling content briefs and guidelines for KOLs to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, and PR) to integrate KOL activities into broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and digital platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Proven track record of successfully managing KOL collaborations and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with KOLs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content strategy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
