Join Java Super Food as a KOL & Influencer Marketing Specialist in beautiful Bali! We’re looking for a dynamic and creative professional to drive our brand’s presence through strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators. In this role, you’ll leverage your network and expertise to amplify our brand message, engage target audiences, and execute high-impact influencer campaigns.
As part of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify trending opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and measure campaign success. Your deep understanding of the digital landscape and passion for storytelling will help shape Java Super Food’s influence in the competitive FMCG market.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Identify, vet, and onboard KOLs, influencers, and content creators to represent Java Super Food’s products.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with talent management agencies and individual creators.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI) using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content briefs, timelines, and creative directions for influencer collaborations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencers in the food/health niche.
- Manage relationships with existing partners and nurture long-term partnerships for recurring campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for influencer activations, including product shipments, event invitations, and content approvals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or digital PR (preferably in FMCG, health, or lifestyle industries).
- Proven network of KOLs, talent managers, and content creators in Indonesia, with Bali-based connections a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates).
