Responsibility
- Influencer & KOL Outreach: Identify, vet, and engage with influencers, content creators, and KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that align with our brand values and campaign goals.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from concept and briefing to content approval and performance analysis.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key influencers, ensuring brand loyalty and consistent collaboration.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with creators to co-develop authentic, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions, etc.) using analytics tools to optimize future campaigns.
- Market & Trend Research: Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to inform data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Negotiate contracts, manage influencer budgets, and ensure cost-effective allocations for maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, creative, and PR teams to align influencer activities with broader brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in influencer marketing, digital PR, or a related field, with a track record of successful KOL collaborations.
- Strong Network: Existing relationships with Indonesian influencers/KOLs (especially in Bali or national-level) are a major plus.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for influencer engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to measure campaign performance and inform strategy.
- Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to pitch ideas, negotiate contracts, and maintain professional relationships.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to craft compelling narratives and briefs that inspire creators to produce high-quality, authentic content.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) to engage with local and international creators.
