Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage KOL and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-potential KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners aligned with brand values and target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, content) to align KOL and affiliate campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI and engagement metrics.
- Manage relationships with existing KOLs and affiliates, ensuring timely communication, contract compliance, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure all partnerships and campaigns adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to track KPIs, measure success, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong network of KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten) and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
