Responsibility
- Prepare and cook menu items, including our famous buffalo wings, according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
- Follow all kitchen protocols, including proper food storage, temperature control, and waste reduction.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of equipment and utensils.
- Support team members during busy shifts to meet service goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (certification is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for cooking and a positive attitude toward learning new techniques.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
