Responsibility
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders, processing payments, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and inviting for customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours.
- Follow company protocols for order accuracy, portion control, and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and promptly.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food service, cashiering, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10-15 kg).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
