Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor to all guests.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions, and managing daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, kitchens, and service stations according to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Restock supplies, set up tables, and prepare service areas for daily operations.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures for service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, food service, or retail (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
