Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to maximize client retention and growth.
  • Serve as the dedicated lead for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring all needs are met with excellence.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins to align services with client objectives.
  • Act as the internal advocate for client feedback, working with Product and Operations teams to implement improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise accounts and meeting revenue KPIs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at C-suite or senior decision-maker levels.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a professional and ethical approach to business.
