Etica Sari Pratama is looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the face of our company, managing high-value relationships with modern trade retailers to drive growth, expand market share, and ensure our products maintain optimal visibility.

We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong negotiation skills, and understands the nuances of retail management. If you have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing effective sales strategies, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with internal teams to align supply chain performance with store-level availability, ensuring our brand remains a consumer favorite.

Responsibility

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across modern trade accounts.
  • Execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Monitor product availability, shelf share, and stock levels to ensure maximum brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for account growth.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless product distribution.
  • Negotiate promotional activities and trade programs with retail buyers to increase off-take.
  • Resolve account issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Modern Trade sales, specifically within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, trade programs, and sales forecasting.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
