Responsibility
- Ensure the safety of all guests by enforcing track rules, monitoring kart speeds, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, explaining track procedures, and assisting with kart assignments and safety gear.
- Conduct pre-race briefings to educate guests on track rules, driving techniques, and safety protocols to ensure a fun and secure experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the track area, pit lanes, and guest waiting zones to uphold a professional and welcoming environment.
- Operate timing systems and race management software to track lap times, monitor race progress, and provide real-time updates to guests.
- Assist with minor kart maintenance, such as checking tire pressure, fuel levels, and brake systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to organize special events, promotions, and themed race nights to enhance guest engagement and drive repeat visits.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality, customer service, or motorsports is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreational facilities, preferably in a fast-paced or entertainment-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is highly advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of go-karting, motorsports, or mechanical systems is beneficial but not requiredâtraining will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate peak guest traffic.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and move quickly in response to track incidents.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
