Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during financial audits.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support management in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (internships or entry-level positions are welcome).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
