Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and project reports.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues.
- Support the implementation of technical solutions by coordinating resources, schedules, and deliverables.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Organize and maintain project files, databases, and other administrative records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology, with a willingness to learn and grow in a technical role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
