Note: This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates based in Bali, Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in collaboration with the development team.
- Debug and resolve software defects to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of experience in software development (internships or academic projects count).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for software development and continuous improvement.
