Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create, edit, and optimize engaging visual content, including images, short videos, and infographics, using relevant editing software.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our online community to foster positive interactions.
- Conduct research on current social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform content strategy.
- Support the team in analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to track engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, including internships or relevant projects.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and understanding of their respective best practices.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong creative flair, an eye for aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and techniques in a dynamic digital landscape.
