Responsibility
- Develop and design brand identities, logos, and visual assets that align with client objectives.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1-3 years for Junior, 4+ years for Senior roles).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects (branding, digital, print).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
- Ability to interpret and execute design briefs with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
