Responsibility
- Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain and update purchasing records, databases, and filing systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Prepare and distribute reports on purchasing activities, costs, and vendor performance.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers under supervision.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic ERP or procurement software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
