Join Morula IVF, a leading provider of advanced fertility and reproductive health services in Indonesia, as a Junior Operations Manager specializing in General Affairs, Occupational Health (Kesling), and K3RS (Clinic Safety & Risk Management).
In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless clinic operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across our state-of-the-art IVF facilities in Bali. Your coordination with cross-functional teams will directly enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional fertility treatments.

Responsibility
- Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support teams to ensure smooth daily clinic operations and patient flow.
- Oversee compliance with K3RS (Clinic Safety and Risk Management) protocols, including infection control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety.
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health (Kesling) policies to safeguard staff and patient well-being.
- Manage general affairs, including facility maintenance, vendor relations, and procurement of clinic supplies.
- Assist in developing and enforcing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for operational and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks in clinic environments.
- Support patient service initiatives by optimizing administrative processes and reducing wait times.
- Collaborate with HR to organize training programs on safety, hygiene, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic/hospital administration, general affairs, or operational roles (IVF/healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of K3RS, Kesling, and Indonesian healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a patient-centric approach.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to be based in Denpasar/Badung, Bali with occasional travel to other Morula IVF locations.
