Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Support audit processes by gathering and verifying financial data.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify financial trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases with precision.
- Assist in tax compliance and regulatory reporting as needed.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, auditing, or accounting (internships count!).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
