Responsibility
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, including conferences, product launches, and networking events.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and operations.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality experiences within scope.
- Conduct venue research and site visits across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to secure ideal event spaces.
- Coordinate event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional content, and social media assets.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting during events.
- Gather post-event feedback and prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles (internships or freelance work accepted).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software/tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for designing engaging and memorable event experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with Baliâs event venues, vendors, and local regulations is a strong advantage.
