Responsibility
- End-to-End Event Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury and corporate events from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff, freelancers, and subcontractors, delegating tasks and ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
- Creative Direction: Work with designers, florists, caterers, and AV teams to curate immersive event experiences that reflect the client’s vision and brand identity.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges, implement contingency plans, and ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct debriefs, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Market & Trend Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative event concepts to keep Bellissimo Concepts at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in event management, project coordination, or hospitality, with a portfolio of successfully executed high-end or corporate events.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Client-Facing Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and diplomatically.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations to maximize value and profitability.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically under pressure and resolve issues swiftly to maintain event integrity.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo) and tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or Trello.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and logistical details to deliver flawless, visually stunning events.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
